Hi, I’m Charlotte and this is my Business.

 

I have always worked in an office environment but during a sabbatical from work (living in the land down under) I decided that I wanted to try my hand at something a little different.

 

I love cooking; strangely enough I  find it a great stress reliever !!  I enjoy trying out new recipes and ingredients that I’ve not used or tried before.

 

I love the reaction from my friends and family when they get a handmade gift, cake or box of chocolates!  With this in mind and my hideously sweet tooth, South Barn Gifts was launched.

 

I am a keen advocate of ethical shopping and shopping “local”!  so wherever possible I do just that. What a county to live in for fresh produce- the Garden of England no less!

 

All the items on the website are made either by myself or my family (normally mum and dad)!  With the exception of the handmade cards which are all made by my lovely friend Lorraine.
